Payment Methods
We accept payment by cash, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Care Credit and Cherry Financial. We do not accept checks and do not offer in house financing. However, we have partnered with Care Credit and Cherry for 3rd party financing, and you can apply online prior to your visit.
Service Charges and Fees
All services provided at Seguin Wellness & Spa are subject to standard fees, which will be clearly communicated to clients prior to the appointment. Gratuity for aesthetic services is not included in service pricing. Gratuity for the aesthetician is optional and left to the discretion of each patient at the time of the appointment and can be added to credit card payments. Gratuity is not accepted for services rendered by our physician or providers.
New Patient Exam
To provide new patients with medical treatment(s), some services may require you receive clearance from our Medical Director. This will take place prior to the medical treatment being administered. The examination that is part of a service is free, and it is subject to change, after which you will then be cleared to receive treatment for one year. If client is looking for just a consultation with our providers, meeting with our aesthetician for skin related visits are free at this time, however with our physician it is $50. If a service is booked, the cost of the consultation is deducted from the service charge.
Refund and Non-refundable Deposit
All services are final; we do not offer refunds or credits on service rendered. Due to increasing no show appointments, most of our service appointment requires a deposit, this is non-refundable, and only applies to the service originally booked and is non-transferrable.
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No Shows
When an appointment is scheduled, that time is specifically allocated to you. We understand changes may be necessary, so we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or appointment rescheduling. Cancellation or rescheduling request needs to made Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the visit cost. No shows will be charged the full cost of the visit. If visit was part of a bundle, the bundle will be applied to the missed visit. New service appointment cannot be honored until cancellation fee is paid.
Gift Cards
Seguin Wellness & Spa offers gift cards for purchase, which can be used for any of our services. Gift cards have no expiration date and are non-refundable.
Packages, Discounts and Promotions
Periodically, Seguin Wellness & Spa may offer discounts and promotions. These are subject to specific terms and conditions and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated otherwise. All packages must be paid in full at the time of the first service.
Membership Plans
We plan to offer membership plans with exclusive benefits in the future. Please inquire at our front desk for details on available plans and their associated terms.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance for spa services; all our services are classified as aesthetic and elective and hence all costs are the responsibility of the client. All payments are due at the time of the service.
Privacy and Security
All financial transactions and client information are kept confidential and secure. Seguin Wellness & Spa does not share personal or financial information with third parties.
Changes to the Financial Policy
Seguin Wellness & Spa reserves the right to update this financial policy at any time. Clients will not always be notified of any changes; however, the updated policy will be made available at our establishment and on our website.
Practice and Patient Relationship
We love having you as a patient, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone and for any reason.
Consent to Receive SMS Messages

You consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), and telephone calls (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone communicating on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, with service-related information, questions about your use of the Services, request for reviews and/or Even Account and marketing information. You certify that the telephone number you have provided to us is your contact number and not someone else’s and you are permitted to receive calls and text messages at the telephone number you have provided to us. You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a telephone number. Standard message and data rates may apply to all SMS messages (including text messages). Message frequency may vary.

Clients proceeding with scheduling an appointment is an acknowledgement they have read and agree with our policies.
